To really no ones surprise, Google seems to be integrating Google + on Google Places search results.
Mike Blumenthal has two different examples of this happening.
Here is one of the examples, as he describes:
On this Places Search example for Cake Box New Jersey you see a correctly integrated profile photo on all of their results from the business's Google Plus page. The image clicks thru to an intermediary search result of a recent post on their Plus Page:

Google + is showing up everywhere these days, even in commercials on Thanksgiving day. :)

It only means Google Plus is here to stay. I'd like to think it's out to compete with Facebook. Otherwise, it still has a long, long way to go. As far as I can observe, it's more like a more interactive network for business owners who wish to establish strong relationships with their customers and leads.

This is another reason why businesses shouldn't ignore Google+. It's important to have a prominent search presence for branded and non branded terms and creating a Google+ profile is one more way to build up your online real estate.
