AdWords LogoAdWordsPro Mini posted a thread at the Google AdWords Help forum with somewhat of a contest to help AdWords advertisers improve their accounts.

In short, those who want help with their AdWords account should fill out this form and if their business model is something that Google finds appealing, they will call you and then enlist the help of the AdWords community to help build out your account to maximize its effectiveness.

AdWordsPro Mini, an official Google representative, said:

We will choose entries with good business models, get in touch with them via phone/email and then let the community help with account development by providing some basic guidance.

The questions on the form include:

  • Describe your business (1-2 sentence)
  • Select your Goal of AdWords advertising
  • Select your Goal of optimization
This may be a good opportunity for some free AdWords consulting.

Good luck!
