Labor Forgotten By Google & Bing?

If you visit Google or Bing today, you may think they forgot today is Labor Day.

Google doesn't have a special holiday logo, aka Doodle. Bing does have a summer-like design but the "hotspots" have no direct mention of Labor Day.

Bing Labor day

You'd think they forgot it was Labor Day.

Google does have their American flag under the search box, which is something they've been doing for the past few Labor Days. Bing does have a Labor Day themed background but again, the "hotspots" have no direct mention of Labor Day, at least not at this moment.

I probably will keep it light here today but I did decide to follow up on that possible late-August Google update and Google does take off today. So we will see when I get a response to that update.

Not sure what the implication was supposed to be there. Those were both prominent Americans, and Chavez was about as tied to the American labor movement as humanly possible, which is what Labor Day celebrates.

Well, real Americans know that MLK was an American... Chavez was an American... Born and Raised.

I'll not be surprise if both giants forgot that Monday the 2nd of Sept was a labor day. There is not doubt that the dual are busy planning their strategies to en-mass more and more billions of dollars, so it will not be a surprise if they forgot to take a break on labor day, and also pay their tribute to labor day by display appropriate symbols and signs to mark the day
