Bing Webmaster Tools now works fully without having to have Silverlight installed on your browser.
The biggest limitation to webmaster adoption of Bing Webmaster Tools was the requirement to have Silverlight on your browser.
I spotted a cryptic thread at Bing Forums with someone mentioning it now works without Silverlight. So I checked myself and he was right, it seems to load the fluid graphics and charting within Bing Webmaster Tools over HTML5.
Here are some pictures:

I spotted another Bing Forum thread when Bing Webmaster Blog & Forum Manager Duane Forrester confirmed Bing is testing a new interface and said the graphs might be off slightly.
I am very happy Bing is now offering the HTML5 version of their Bing Webmaster Tools. It is worth a look at bing.com/toolbox/webmasters.

I haven't used the tools since they released the Silverlight version - since I'm on a Linux machine I can't run Silverlight - Glad to see that they're improving user friendliness...

Actually I've never been to Bing Webmaster. I'm usually using Google webmaster, and Google Analytics just to check the status of my website. Maybe I must try to be in other platform, I will try using Bing Webmaster soon. Thanks.
