If you go to Google News right now, you may never get there. It is currently down and we have no idea when it will come back online.
This comes days after Google tweaked their redesign after the never ending user complaints. This tweak didn't really satisfy everyone, so I wonder if someone got angry and is doing a pretty big DoS attack, but Google show be good at preventing that. Maybe Google tweaked something else and it blew up on them?

you said it, Google have a lot of problems in the last 5 days, the Google chate is disconnecting every five minutes or so, Gmail has problems, Google News and Reader have problem like these.. maybe someone is making major changes inside Google... Maybe some updates are going to be made. DoS attack ? i don't think so Google have enough security to block Simple attacks as DoS
