There is a bug with some of the Google Certification Program Exams where they are not showing in the advertisers accounts.
A Google AdWords Help thread has Google confirming the bug.

So if you have passed the test between those dates, December 22, 2010 and January 4, 2011, don't worry, Google will give you what you earned. It might just take some time.

Its Again happening in 2014, i passed my exam few days back and i have passed it but now as on today my Google partner profile not shows that i have cleared the exam. reply guys if you coming across same problem or with answers.

Same here. Just happened. Received a reference number and everything. Saw the Advanced Exam was valid until next year. Went away from the page then came back to check on it, and everything seems deleted. I'm back to needing one exam to certify. Thankfully I took a screenshot of my reference number just in case. Would love an update on this though [2-15-2014]
