There is a group of Google AdSense publishers complaining in a Google AdSense Help thread that they are without payment for August earnings.
There are literally dozens of publishers complaining.
Personally, I believe I received my payment. The picture above is something I doctored to make it appear like I did not.
One publisher said the other day:
So this is a widespread, known issue. In the NEW Adsense page you can click on "Report issue" which is in the upper righthand corner next to your email. It is very clear and simple. Obviously each and everyone of us who is having a problem with August's payment should contact Adsense.

The problem is not with payment, it's with reporting. People affected by this are seeing no finalized earnings for August, in either old or new interface. The interface does show an "estimated" earnings for August, but $0 for finalized (typically done by the 7th of the month) and the Payment page shows no earnings after July. This payment would typically be made at the end of September, if threshold has been reached.

Also there are another four or five threads in the Payments section of the AdSense help forum as well.

That's frustrating, as for many people they will have tied their bills around the payment, so it could lead to them going overdrawn.

I have the same issue, but didn't think much of it, the reporting interface has always felt very beta to me

I did not get a payment at all yet. My earnings for September have disappeared entirely. I can't find them anywhere in reporting at all. Unlike some who make huge bucks with adsense, my adsense earnings cover little things like gas, food and living expenses. Though I'm not a big earner, I definitely need my payment in a timely manner. This is VERY disturbing to me and so far, adsense help has provided absolutely no time frame for payment.
