Old Urchin Light Up Neon Sign At Google

Those of you from the older days of the industry remember Urchin, the web analytics package that Google ultimately acquired and made Google Analytics. Well, here is an old Urchin light up neon sign at the Google office. It is not hanging up, but sitting in a cardboard box. It should be hanging up but it is not.

Daniel Waisberg from Google posted it on Twitter and got the founder of Urchin, who is no longer with Google, to comment.

This post is part of our daily Search Photo of the Day column, where we find fun and interesting photos related to the search industry and share them with our readers.
