Mozcon is a big show, it is keynote style talks all day, one speaker per session, no choices, you just sit back and listen to who is speaking. The production is pretty impressive and here is a photo of a part of the back stage. There is also a prep area, and other areas behind the stage, let alone the folks in the audience working as well.
