Not sure what is going on here but this is a picture posted by Google engineer Eider Oliveira (in the picture as Thor) and many of the rest of the crew from the Avengers movie. All Googlers, I believe.
Yes, you have Iron Man, two Hulks, Captain America, Spiderman and Thor. I am not sure why they are dressed up,
