You are not a technology company if you do not have a rock climbing wall inside your office, plain and simple. Here is a picture of Google's indoor rock climbing wall at the GooglePlex. The picture was shared by Google's Jack Fermon who works in the Mexcio office but was paying a visit.
He shared the picture on Google+ saying it was his after lunch activity.
