Google Moscow YouTube Safe Room

Evgeny Litvinchuk was at the Google Moscow office the other day and he snapped a picture of a large door with a red wheel on it, that makes it look like a safe room or bomb shelter or something. It has a YouTube sign stuck on it that says something in Russian.

Maybe video in progress? I have no idea and really can't even type Russian into Google Translate. Russian friends, what does it say?

Update, this says "YouTube command center. Unauthorized entry not permitted."

He posted this on Instagram.
