Richard Hay from Google posted a picture of a new pen he acquired. It is a Google+ pen, a wooden pen, with Google+ etched into it. It turns out the pen is for sale in the Google Store, it is a new addition to the store. You can buy it for $9.40 online.
It is believed that it is a genuine wooden barrel.
