Ilmari Heikkinen, a former Googler, said on Google+ that he bought 40 penguins for a pound. He added, "aaand they developed a life of their own." I don't think he ever worked on the search team, so he likely didn't think - oh, these are Google Penguin algorithm penguins - but hey - a Googler (or ex-Googler) buying penguins is fun for a search in pics piece.
