Katsuko Saruhashi Geochemist Google Doodle

Google has a new Google Doodle up for Katsuko Saruhashi, the geochemist who was one of the first to get measurements "of carbon dioxide (CO2) levels in seawater and subsequently showed the evidence in seawater and the atmosphere of the dangers of radioactive fallout," according to Wikipedia.

She was born exactly 60 years before me on March 22, 1920 in Japan and died at the age of 87 on September 29, 2007.

The Doodle is pretty mesmerizing, don't you think?
