There are complaints at the Google Webmaster Help and WebmasterWorld forums that the Google Webmaster Tools reports are delayed by about a week.
It is true, if you login today, November 15th, to see your Google search query reports, it will be about a week behind.
Googler, Asaph Zemach, confirmed the issue yesterday saying:
We are aware of this issue. The last date for which we currently have data is November 8th. There was a glitch in our pipeline that halted processing for a while, but things are back on track now. We expect to start processing the data for November 9th tonight followed quickly by subsequent dates. I apologize for the delay and hope it hasn't caused you too much of an inconvenience.
Today I see November 9th data and I assume the data will catch up shortly over the next couple of days.
So do not panic if you are missing data, the data should be there in the upcoming days.
