If you search for any term that brings up a local based knowledge graph in Google, such as [rustybrick], you will see Google added the send to phone feature they had on the Google Maps result directly in the knowledge graph box.
Here is how it looks (click for full size):
When you click on the send button, it opens of a dialog letting you choose which phone:
Then when it sends, it sends your device a push notification, which you can click on to activate directions:
It seems like many folks are seeing this but a hat tip to @chrisgreen87 for notifying me of this.
