Earlier this week, I reported that we saw the local Q&A on desktop search and then it went away but now it seems to be coming back. On some desktop browsers, I see the local question and answer box show up, while on other browsers I do not. I can flip flop between signed in and signed out and also trigger the behavior, where it sometimes shows and sometimes not, for the same query.
I am not the only one:

It might be rolling out slowly, which is why it is bouncing around and showing sometimes and sometimes not showing at all. Or maybe it is some weird bug.
It always shows on mobile, but I don't see why it shouldn't show on desktop as well?
