Glenn Gabe spotted and posted on Twitter a new format for the local panel inventory product ads. This one shows a "see what's in store" search box to allow you to search the store in the local panel and then shows popular tags/categories of products in the store. After that, you can swipe through some of their more popular items in the box below.

I cannot replicate this but Ginny Marvin says this is the debut of the new look for local inventory ads in the knowledge panel. A more basic dumbed down version was launched in July 2016.
