Just like this past Christmas, Google's John Mueller on New Years even and day is out helping webmasters and SEOs with their Google related issues. He posted several times over the New Years break.

John has routinely does this over big holidays because he knows that while some are off having a good time, there is a concerned webmaster who is nervous about his business for 2019.
