Google Clamp

Google has finally fixed the exploit with the knowledge panel in their search results. It only took them about three years to do so, but it is fixed. You can no longer create fraudulent knowledge panels with this hack.

Last week we covered how an exploit from 2016 got attention of mainstream media just the other day and caused a big stir. It took that to get Google to fix the issue.

I was able to make the search results say things like this:

But now, I can no longer do such things. Google has stopped it from working. I just wish they did it 2.5 years ago.

To be clear, I think the fix rolled out Friday, January 11th.
