Google has confirmed there are issues with Google Analytics loading the platform. Google updated its status report to say that it has "restored for some users" and Google expects "a resolution for all users in the near future."
Google wrote at 8:57 pm ET today:
We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Analytics. We will provide more information shortly.
Then two minutes later, Google added:
Google Analytics service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.
Google did not really give any time frame for a fix for all users.
I personally do not see any issues accessing Google Analytics now, nor do I see many complaints about GA not loading.

Update: An hour or so later the issue is resolved. Google wrote:
The problem with Google Analytics has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.
