Google announced this morning on Google+ that Google AdSense now supports Filipino language.

Filipino is the native language in Philippines with 45 million native speakers, including secondary language of a total of 90 million people. It is an Tagalog language from the Austronesian lingual family.

You can learn more about this language over here.

Either way, if you have content in Filipino, Google AdSense should understand it and show ads related tot he content of the page.
