Google is posting notifications in the Google Ads advertiser console about a bug with the geographic report. The bug was between July 10 through July 12, 2019 and only impacted the web based report. It did not impact the rules, scripts, or APIs.

The message, as Joe May posted on Twitter says "Big in geographic reports. A bug caused some incorrect metrics for geographic reports in the web interface between July 10, 2019 and July 12, 2019. The bug is now fixed. Rules, scripts, and API usage were not impacted."
