Google's Halloween Doodle, special logo, is going live tomorrow, October 31st but it is live in some countries already, since it is tomorrow there. Sadly, with the new location change, I cannot easily change the location without going into settings and doing that change.
The logo is an animated GIF and a video. When you click on the logo, it starts to play the video.
