Bing has a blog post explaining their new SEO reports and SEO Analyzer. Yes, when Bing reintroduced and improved Yahoo Site Explorer in the new Bing Webmaster Tools Link Explorer they released a whole set of features that may have gone unnoticed.
In fact, if it was me, I'd release one feature a week or every two weeks but I do like the fact that Microsoft didn't play that game and released it all at once. In any event, Bing posted more details on how the SEO Reports & SEO Analyzer reports work.

The report will show you advice based on " 15 SEO Best Practices" they have. I assume that 15 number will increase over time.
The SEO Analyzer wasn't too revealing for me either:
I like this report because you can click on areas of your site to see what can use improvement. I like how they made this so visual.
