Vanessa from the Google Maps team said on Google Places Help that they will likely bring a new message status to business information for businesses that move a lot.
Alex, a business owner, asked in the forums:
I work with small and medium sized law firms and the way the industry goes, firms tend to move offices quite a bit.I generally use "this office is closed" option, however, I receive complaints that the yellow highlighting and wording "closed" can confuse potential clients, thus leading them to another firm or listing. As everyone knows a new potential client could always be a big sale and no one wants to lose on a big sell.
Would Vanessa or another Google employee be able to raise a feature request for "this office has moved" option or something similar?
Vanessa responded saying they are working on it. She said:

I've been pushing for this with her and the team too. That yellow "This business is PERMANENTLY closed" can def cause a loss of customers. In another recent post all someone did was add a suite # and the advice was given to CLOSE the Place page and start a new one. I advised that was not a good option because then someone searching for that business would see a closed sign below the listing even though still located at that address.

I totally agree with you..these type of misleading messages can play a spoil sport for our businesses, which is why Googole should make these changes ASAP!

My Google local listing not displayed properly, i have uploaded company images but it appears different images, see - Google Local Listing : http://goo.gl/TJnYR before 2- 3 week i thought may be Google local listing bug....but still my profile looks same. Can you tell us how to remove GOOGLE user images? is it really google map bug ?
