Today is Dizzy Gillespie's 93rd birthday. He passed on January 6, 1993 but he was a legendary Jazz musician. His name was John Birks "Dizzy" Gillespie.

Personally, I dislike Jazz music, but honestly, who cares what I like or dislike. This man is one of the greatest jazz trumpeters of all time and deserves kudos for that.
The logo is, from what I can see, a global Doodle on all Google properties.
