Why not embed a youtube video to take advantage of the cool automatic captions feature? (and is faster to load too)

Great interview, Mike! I especially liked the chart overlays you put in to the video. I have heard Matt Cutts describe linking from the root page many times, but the visual really helped. Cheers!
