I tried that yesterday to update my business infomation. It is not working at all. There are two names of the address my business is located. I tried to remove one that is incorrect. It does not work.

Yup it has been well and truely screwed for about a month now. There is also issues with the additional details tab. You are unable to delete entries seemingly, which now...because I have duplicate entries means I can't update anything as I get validation error messages coming up for the duplicate detail entries.

Very frustrating!

The verification and editing is a problem but nothing compared to the spam that is happening.

I've lost count of the number of times I've submitted spam complaints to have them dealt with and nothing ever happens.

Frustratingly, I can't even have these same spammers dealt with for bidding in AdWords with multiple accounts - it's pathetic that they won't enforce their own terms of use.

The LBC statistics have been sporadic at best since April/May 2009. At the dashboard, there is a chart showing the number of impressions made and then the number of actions. Worked fine for me up to June 30th-ish - Since then, the statistics appear to be completely screwed up...actions without impressions. For one LBC entry, that averaged up to 70 impressions per day, the statistics show no impressions for more than a month now. Others have been complaining for more than 3 months now, but still no fix or acknowledgement that this is even an issue.

I work with small businesses to help with their online marketing. One aspect of my service is to help build up their Google Local listing. I have not had any trouble with this at all until a couple of days ago. Now I am starting to piss off the people I work for! I am hurting their business, not helping. I used to see my work published and updated almost instantly. Now, I lasted updated two days ago, and I have yet to see any changes reflected that I have made. One of my clients local listing completely disappeared for competitive keywords. I know there is a problem because I have seen so many complaints. Who out there can help? Google was saying changes should be seen immediately, now they are saying changes can take up to 48 hours??? What changed, and what is Google doing to help rectify the problem?

this is thrustrating I actually appear in the maps on top 10 but am nowhere on the google search which is bizarre as I thought it is syncronised???

Nothing is working for me. Not the updates to LBC nor my adwords campaigns. There is no support or help available. Very very frustrating.

Google Maps has our business tagged in the wrong town! I've been trying to correct that error for some time, without success. Talk about frustrating!

My Google LBA was humming right along and starting 8/21/09 impressions flat lined to 0 and of course so did actions. I have looked at the dashboard and there is nothng wrong indicated. What is really frustrating is there is no way to contact anyone other than sending in a comment where there is no followup.

Still not working....starting to get depressed. Please help!

For my website Port Canaveral Transportation LBC showed very good results tille first week of August starting from June end. But all of a sudden every thing vanished from 4900 impressions and 215 actions to zero.
Other very strange thing I noticed that for all the local Ads impressions and actions were exactly the same number, no difference at all. I do not think this is possible.

I made the mistake of creating a google business center free site: I did
not realize that my mother's phone number would appear on the search and
google site; I deleted the site I created but it still appears on the
search......please someone please tell me how to completely remove the pictures and phone number....

I closed the account with LBC and deleted the postings and site but they still appear if you search...omg..I need help please

Google local is having huge issues with little to no help from there employees.My business listing has been gone 3 times in 4 weeks.Now my listing is there but when you search for the category only one shows up.I am loosing money every minute it is down.
Now google employees are telling me it could take WEEKS to fix issues.WEEKS!!!!I own a roadside assistance company and depend on local business and google1411 for over 40% of my cash flow.
I am starting to think cyber attacks are causing this, seems funny that right after obama saying that "small and middle sized business will bring the US out of this recession" pooooof LBC issues.

google has since fixed my listing , thank you google gods
