Is this SEO Consultant Directory reliable? No link to SEMPO? It seems to me there should be several resources to consider when trying to choose a SEO company/consultant.

Scott, you are correct, I left out SEMPO and SMA - yes, you can find companies from those organizations. SEO Consultants directory, I believe is reliable.

Does directory submission still worth nowadays? My opinion is that it is quite obsolete, and there are plenty of others that mean much more benefits to a SEO campaign...
