Google Misspelling, Googkle.com, Virus Carrier

A thread at Cre8asite Forums warns the members of a easy mistake thousands of people can be doing every day, which might cost them a virus on their machine. Basically, a domain name googkle.com (whois), takes you to a landing page with "at least 4 trojan/hijackers." It seems to be only prone to Internet Explorer browsers but that is a major concern for many people.

if you are using internet explorer than you can just turn off ActiveX. if you do this then go to the site then you will not get the trojan. ActiveX must be turned off though. if it is too much of a hassle then you can put your favorite sites in your trusted sites list. ActiveX will work in this but not in your other sites
