Google Operating System blog spotted a new look and design for the recipe results on Google mobile searches. The new look has these much richer cards with more filters at the top.
Earlier this month, I grabbed a screen shot of a search for [fleishig vegetable soup recipe]. Here is the new mobile look for that search result:

So now when you click "view all" on the new interface, you get this:
