Google Jump To Links In Mobile Search Snippets

Google has had links within their search snippets for years, I think it dates back almost ten years. I just can't find the blog posts where I covered it back then right now. I don't believe I have ever seen these "jump to" links in the Google mobile search results snippets before.

Someone shared a screen shot on Twitter of Google doing just that. You can see in the snippet a "jump to" and then a blue hyperlink in the snippet portion of the search results listing.

Do you often see these? I believe they are rare both on desktop and mobile.
