Google's referrals 2.0 ads, also known as Pay Per Action or Cost Per Acquisition ads have gone offline for a 24-hour period over the weekend.

First reports actually came from a WebmasterWorld thread on Friday, August 3rd at 9:31 AM (EST).

All of our cpa ads stopped serving around 6pm est last night and are still down, anyone else seeing this?

This person stated the ads went down Thursday night, August 2nd, at 6pm (EST).

AdSenseAdvisor popped in during the weekend to say they are now aware of the issue and on Saturday, August 4th at 9:30 AM (EST), the issue was resolved.

The technical issues that had been affecting some of your referrals ad units have been resolved. As of this morning all referrals ad units should be performing normally. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this outage may have caused you.

However, one person said they cannot see the PPA ads working today. Here is a test of Google's PPA ads, if you see an ad below, then it is working at this moment.
