What took so long? Now, there are companies selling you plus ones. They will have real people, with verified accounts, plus one your stories for you.
The site selling these plus ones sell it saying that they can "help your site out by showing Google that the content featured on it." Google has said that plus ones can have a positive impact on your rankings. So an SEO company has come in to monetize it.
Here are the packages they offer:
They promise to deliver quality plus ones, saying:
- All +1's come from people with a google account that has been verified by phone (Phone Verified Accounts)
- All +1's come from real people. No bots are being used!
- All +1's are being given by manually going to your website and clicking the +1 button It’s untraceble because the +1′s are being given from different IP’s
- All +1's are given dripped over a couple of days so it looks natural
This is all despite some webmaster removing the plus one button due to site speed issues.
Anyway, I am honestly surprised we haven't seen this sooner. We have text link brokers, content spinners, and now this.

You don't really need to have 2,000 employees to provide this service. You just need 5,000 "paid to read" members who get paid a cent or even a fraction of that to take some action, like +1'ing or viewing a page. The members accumulate those "points" to withdraw amount at some point. To the business owner it may not even cost $50... People should remember though - this is different than buying links. The risk factor is more as now you are trying to manipulate rankings right on Google's land.

But there is no official statement yet disclosed the relationship between plus one and ranks. And does google already have algorithm to tell those purchased plus one from those naturals? Will it be caught and being punished just like buying links? I doubt.

Funny, because here in the UK this sort of thing is actually illegal - if you're paying for an endorsement it's marketing and has to be clearly marked as such. So any businesses doing this are running the risk of getting reported by competitors and getting into real trouble.

You can get them cheaper on Fiverr...but would you want to? It's bad enough risking your site to be penalized for mass, automated FaceBook likes or tweet spams, but would you actually try gaming Google with its own tool. In fact, now that I think about it, maybe the whole Google +1 project is a way to easily weed out the spammers from the rest of us.

Seems like a bad self promotion to me, people are not dumb you know lol. I have heard that the Plussem service always has their plus ones drop off and do not refund any payments. Only go with a provider that guarantees their plus ones will stick or you get your money back. If they don't offer refunds then don't go with their service. These prices are also waaaaay too high, especially for plus ones that will not even stick.

I don't know what website you are promoting but I've used plussem.com for 3 of my websites and the +1's are still there after a month. Also their support is great, always answers within 12 hours. And you pay plussem with paypal. So if you don't get what you asked for, you can just refund the money on paypal easily. Everybody has bulk +1 packages for sale. Most of them (99%) are resellers. They are middle men trying to score some profit. Yes, I think google plus is future in Google SERP or SEO, cause if the people click on that G+1 button google collects info about those +1s and in some kind of algoritam way it put better ranked page in top. I haven't seen any proof that you can provide Plus Ones from any of you who commented on this post. You brag about the prices and the quality of service, but your website doesn't have any Plus One. Maybe you had some, but all of them got deleted for spam (see googleplus1supply, plussem etc). This website http://www.googleplusoneservices.com has over 700 Plus Ones at the moment.
