google glass framesGoogle announced on Google+ that they are finally offering prescription frames and a set of new sunshades for Google Glass.

Google Glass launched the "Titanium Collection" with four feather-light titanium frames. They are working with vision insurance (such as VSP) to help you get your prescription fitted for it.

Supposedly, Google Glass Explorers will be able to access and potentially buy the new frames and shades this afternoon.

Here is a video:

Since I don't wear glasses, I am not sure if I would buy these.

Barry, you have had Glass for awhile now and I am curious as to how long the technological honey-moon lasts and where it goes from there. Are you still using it daily? Has the novelty worn off or has it become an every-day part of your life just like a smartphone? Would you consider it something worthwhile (assuming price decrease at mass launch) for the everyday John and Jane Doe? If you have time it would be interesting to hear your thoughts, if not no worries.

I still use it daily, when I am not at my desk. I actually love it.
