Google AMP Search Results Snippet Banner - Lightning-Fast Experience

Jon Hogg posted on Twitter a screen shot of Google once again promoting AMP in the search results. This one places a very bold blue banner across the bottom of the search result snippet of an AMP powered search result in Google.

The banner reads "AMP delivers a lightening-fast experience."

I personally cannot replicate this, and I've tried on many mobile browsers and in many different ways.

Seems like a bit too much to me, don't you think?
