Google Maps Street View Bring Back The Dead?

I found an unusual but yet interesting thread at the Google Maps Help forum. Two individuals came in to the forum asking if they can get the faces on a specific Google Maps Street View image un-blurred.

Specifically, they said they had family members who recently passed away and they happen to be on Google Maps Street Views. They wanted to print out a clear picture from Google Maps of their loved ones.

Here are their requests:

i just want to print out an unblured picture of him thats all.that is the last picture of my dad alive.can any one help me ?.ive already asked but no one has told me how or where to get it done

I have the exact same issue. My father passed away and he appears in Street View. I have attempted to contact Google to no avail. I just want a clear copy of the picture and can get no one from Google to assist. Did you have any luck?? Thanks, Linda

Here is a sample picture showing how Google blurs faces:

I wonder if Google can comply with their requests.
