Google Removed "Download This Table" From Webmaster Link Reports

If you login to Google Webmaster Tools and go to your "links" and then "external links" section, you may notice Google removed the "Download This Table" link from the bottom. What remains is the "Download all external links."

Why did Google remove the table download? Is it a temporary mistake or did they remove it for other reasons? Both exports had useful data, so I am a bit confused as to why one was removed.

Here is a picture of the single download option we have now:

Where did the other go?

I think (and hope!) it's a temporary mistake. At least in the Dutch version I still have the option to download the external links.

Despite I never used that download, I wanna hope it's a mistake made during an update.
I won't think to long scroll and tons of curse made to select that list :)

i still have it showing up in my dashboard, but glad I downloaded them 2 days ago.

Mine's gone. I hope they don't remove download all.
