Possible Google AdSense Outage?

A WebmasterWorld has tons of reports from various Google AdSense publishers that (1) their ads are not loading or loading incredibly slowly for them and (2) their ad stats seem way too low relative to the norm. The thing is, normally, you would see some threads at DigitalPoint Forums also, if this was happening at a very wide scale, I could not find a recent thread on the topic (I could have missed it).

The number of unique reports are well over 10 at the WebmasterWorld thread, so something must be going on.

It appears that the slow load times are happening in the UK, but I cannot confirm this.

had problems logging in this morning and slow to load...

Along those lines Blogger is down for many users. I cannot view my blogs. Blogger refers users to Google Groups for help.
Group members are reporting inability to access their blogs.

We have experienced some slowdowns as well. I wonder if its due to video ads and additional resources google will soon be needing for bandwidth.

Google is behaving very strangely here in the UK. For me this has been happening in the last couple of days - sometimes it times out then a few minutes later it's lightning fast. When slow or timing out I get an IP address (which varies) shown on the bottom line of IE when trying to get to google.co.uk homepage - switching to google.com doesn't help. I feared I might have some sort of virus or trojan on my home network but a full scan has showed all clear. I've just tried deleting all cookies and temp internet files on 1 PC as an experiment but its too early to tell if that's fixed it.I'd be really interested to know what's going on.
