Today is officially World Penguin Day, I am not joking, see worldpenguinday.com. So of course, SEOs are asking about Penguin 4.0 and if Google will launch it today on the special day.
Zineb from Google was brave enough to reply to one request on Twitter about the comment saying "We don't like to be annoying :) But here's a Penguin to celebrate." She then added this animated GIF:

Yes, it has been well over a year and a half since Penguin 3.0 was launched by Google. And as you know, SEOs and webmasters are becoming incredibly impatient, which I cannot blame them.
The only good news is that this Friday is a Jewish holiday where I will be off, so the chances are exponentially higher that Google will release something, since I am offline. ;-)
