Jef Van Gool from Sherlock SEO has started the process of designing a Monopoly game for the SEO community named SEOPOLY. In fact, he is asking the community to help come up with Community Chest & Chance card quotes on Twitter. Here is what the game currently looks like, but it is still in its early phases:

I see a lot of these games popping up in some communities, specifically smaller cities where they use it as promoting local businesses.
I am not sure how legal it is or if you need licensing from Hasbro or not but it is fun.
