Googlers Tesla License Plate Says +1 LGTM

@marius posted on Twitter a picture of a Tesla parked, supposedly owned by a Googler, with the license plate that reads +1 LGTM. LGTM typically means "Looks Good To Me" and is often referenced before pushing code to a server. There is also lgtm.co site for simple approvals for pull requests which works with Github.

So I guess this is a reference to the code commits?
