Google is showing, for some trending stories, a summary box of the story above the top stories carousel or top stories list. This was shared to me twice in the past week but I thought this was not new. Honestly, I am thinking I've seen this before but I can't find anything that says otherwise. But I asked around and everyone I asked felt it was new. Again, my gut says I've seen this before...
