Google Search Console Tool

Google announced on Twitter that they fixed over 50 bugs in Google Search Console over the past month or so. Google then describes that is not just about adding new features but maintaining old features and fixing issues that arise.

Google said the bugs they resolved include:

  • Link from / to Mobile friendly tester now remembers the user language
  • Report scorecards show you the number of issues (not just pages)
  • Dashboard charts now start from the first meaningful point
  • All your filters and selections are kept when switching between properties
  • Filter by query is now case insensitive
  • Removed points from the over time graph when there is no relevant data to display

Here are the tweets:

Google has a nice size team just focused on Google Search Console and their continued investment in the tool is a really nice thing for us to have within the SEO and webmaster community.
