Stacie Chan from the Google News team announced in the Google News Help forum that they added a new feature to the Google News Publisher Center. If you have an app and you are a Google News publisher, you can now add that to the Publisher Center.

What this will do is allow Google in the near future add "mobile app links on the Editors’ Picks section in Google News--both on the web and in the News & Weather app," said Stacie Chan.

Here is a picture of the place to add your app links to the Google News Publisher Center:

You click the add mobile apps button at the top and then link to the URLs in the iTunes and Google Play stores.

Google keeps pushing mobile apps everywhere.
