Google Mobile Friendly Label On AdWords Ads

Earlier this week, Jennifer Slegg - who is spotting tons of tests these days on her device - spotted Google AdWords with the mobile friendly label on them. I cannot replicate but some can both on iOS devices and Android devices.

Here is a picture of an AdWords ad on Google mobile search results as I see it:

This is something Google is testing, it is not clear if this makes a difference in terms of ranking the ad, I suspect not right now.
