We've seen it before, a more subtle and more minimalistic layout and design for the Google local pack in the mobile search results. Here is another screen shot of it, this time from Mike Blumenthal on Twitter.
The differences between the normal local pack and the minimalistic one is that the gold starts are gone, the photos of the venue is gone and you have these call and direction buttons. It is just much cleaner overall.
