Google is continuing their design tests which has been going on with many various user interface tests for about a year now.
The latest shows the colorful three dots, rounded corners user interface but with light blue titles and light green URLs and sitelinks. Here is the screen shot from Sergey Alakov as he posted it on Twitter:
Just one more of many UI tests Google is trying out these days.
